Field service platform with a four-tier permission model — technicians, foremen, project managers and admins working from one live picture.
Employee registration, shift planning and time tracking in one system — shaped around their own workflow.

The Necto Nordic platform rolled out to their Polish partner organisation — same permission model, same workflow, second country.

A reporting agent that pulls performance data for every live ad account each morning, formats it and delivers it into the team's chat.

A pipeline that reads published social content with AI vision and cross-references it against live product and sales data, twice a day.

A website with an integrated booking and CRM system, where showroom bookings and leads are managed together in one place.

An engine that turns a managed topic backlog into search-optimised articles and publishes them live — plus a rebuilt site with a multi-step price estimator.
Desktop dictation that runs speech-to-text entirely on the local machine, built for languages the mainstream tools serve badly.

We built LuxLimo a complete dispatch system: an app where drivers see their trips and log their hours, and an admin panel where the operator assigns trips and runs the day — together with a new website. One system, from booking to finished trip.
The industry differs.
The problem doesn't.
We haven't worked in every industry, and we won't claim we have. But the problems below keep recurring — and those we've solved before.
People in the field, paper and spreadsheets, and nobody with the full picture until the day after.
Scheduling in one system, time registration in another, and manual reconciliation before every payroll run.
You can see what performs, and you can see what sells — but nothing connects the two.
Booking that has to be easy for the customer without handing over control of the calendar and pricing.
Someone spends the first hour of every morning pulling numbers out of systems and passing them on.
AI could solve the task, but the data can't be sent to a third party in the cloud.
