What information we collect
We only collect the information you give us yourself. When you fill in our contact form: name, email, company, your description of the task and any files you attach. When you book a meeting through our calendar: the details you enter yourself, typically name and email. We do not buy data about you from third parties.
Why we process your information
We use your information to answer your enquiry, arrange meetings and discuss a possible collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with potential and existing clients, and in entering into and fulfilling an agreement.
Who we share information with
We never sell your information. We use a small number of trusted third parties to run our website and our communication: Resend (sends the contents of the contact form to us by email), Calendly (handles meeting bookings), Vercel (hosts our website) and Cookiebot (handles cookie consent). These providers only process information on our behalf. Please note that our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for up to 5 years, in accordance with the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which we delete or anonymise it. If we no longer have a purpose for processing the information, we delete it sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and to object to our processing of it. Contact us at frederik@repeatflow.dk. You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is always available on this page.
