From repetitive work to finished systems
RepeatFlow started with a simple frustration: most companies waste hours every week on tasks a machine could handle. Reports written by hand every morning. Data moved manually between systems. An overview that lives in spreadsheets nobody else can navigate. We built RepeatFlow to remove that kind of work — one solution at a time.
We do not come from an academic AI background. We come from marketing and project management, and we are self-taught in AI through years of work on real systems for real companies. That is deliberate. It means we talk about results rather than technology, and that we understand how a business actually runs before we start building for it.
From automation to finished app. We build AI agents and automations that remove the repetitive work — but we also build the apps and systems your company runs on. Internal tools for your team, and finished apps for the App Store and Google Play that your own customers use. From a single automation to a complete system that ties your whole operation together.
Concrete over abstract. We do not believe in big words and airy promises about what AI can do. We believe in mapping your processes, finding the places where automation has the greatest effect, and building something that works from day one. Sometimes the answer is an AI agent. Sometimes it is an app. And sometimes the answer is that you do not need what we came to sell — we say that too.
Built on a fixed price. We work to fixed prices, not open-ended hourly bills. You know what a solution costs before we begin, and what you get. It keeps us honest, and it keeps you safe.
We stay once the solution is live. A system is not finished because it has gone into operation. We keep supporting, optimising and developing it, so your solution gets better over time — not just a project that was handed over and forgotten.

Denmark
Glostrup is where solutions are drawn and built, and where contact with Danish and Nordic clients runs from. The person building your system is the person you talk to. There is no account manager in between, and there is not going to be one.

The Gulf is digitising workforce management and operations at a pace Europe does not match. We are present with people who know the language, the culture and the procurement process. Development stays in Glostrup — that is where quality is secured.
